Allegheny County Police have confirmed a Pittsburgh Police officer shot and killed a man in the Hill District on Wednesday evening. Police have not identified the man shot and killed but KDKA-TV has learned that he was a man in his 30 and he was armed at the time of the shooting.

A man who was shot and killed by a police officer in Pittsburgh's Hill District neighborhood Wednesday evening has been identified.
