Pittsburgh has kept busy elsewhere in the offseason, this week trading wide receiver George Pickens to the Cowboys. Former Bills general manager and former Steelers executive Doug Whaley thinks Rodgers should be wary of that move while making his decision for the future.

The Steelers signed Robert Woods last week but could still use another player. NFL insider Albert Breer threw out a name that could make sense for the Steelers, and he has Aaron Rodgers connections, too. Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs could be on the outs, and if he is, it might make sense for the Steelers to make a run at him.

As the Steelers wait for Aaron Rodgers to accept the open-ended invitation to become the team's starting quarterback for 2025, it has become more and more clear that the Steelers expect it to occur.
