Starting pitcher Paul Skenes and center fielder Oneil Cruz are the only two players the Pittsburgh Pirates consider off limits in trades, according to USA Today's Bob Nightengale.

Unfortunately for two-time All-Star pitcher Paul Skenes, he’s likely stuck with the Pittsburgh Pirates even if he wanted a trade ahead of the July 31 deadline.

Although the Pittsburgh Pirates haven't been great this season, their ace Paul Skenes continues to deliver from the mound, solidifying his case for a maiden National League Cy Young Award.
