San Jose police arrested two suspects in a July 20 fatal stabbing in the city’s downtown, the department said Wednesday.

Investigators said the cell phone recording agitated the suspects, who were involved in the initial dispute outside the bar. Mercedes Rosales, 20 and Micaela Van, 18, were charged in the case.

The incident happened on July 20 at about 12:51 a.m. on S. Second Street near E. San Fernando Street in Downtown San Jose.
