Davion Irvin, 24, was booked into the Dallas County jail Thursday night after he was spotted near animal exhibits at the Dallas World Aquarium, according to police.

The Dallas World Aquarium is open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the last entry is at 4 p.m. Tickets. Admission costs $31.95 for adults and $21.95 for kids ages 3 to 12.
