A shelter-in-place order has been issued for a neighborhood in Peyton due to a gas leak, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office says a Child Sex Offender has been sentenced after he fled to the South American country of Guyana in 2022.
