“Kristin Cabot is no longer with Astronomer, she has resigned,” an Astronomer spokesperson confirmed to CNBC. Andy Byron, the former CEO who was seen with his arms around Cabot at the concert, had resigned Sunday. Astronomer confirmed the news on its LinkedIn page.

Coldplay accidentally exposed an alleged affair between Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and his colleague Kristin Cabot at one of their recent concerts.
