The Ukrainian air force says Russia launched more than 100 Shahed and decoy drones at Ukraine in nighttime attacks, after the Kremlin rejected an unconditional 30-day ceasefire in the more than 3-year

The announcement was made by leaders of Britain, France, Germany, Poland and Ukraine after a meeting in Kyiv, and a phone call with President Trump.

Putin invited Kyiv to take part in "serious negotiations" aimed at "moving towards a lasting, strong peace" while speaking from the Kremlin on Sunday. He did not respond to the urge from the U.K. and European leaders to agree to an unconditional 30-day ceasefire with Ukraine starting on Monday.
