Sharon Horgan’s followup to Bad Sisters will be for HBO. The WBD network has signed a two-year first-look TV deal with the BAFTA-winning and Emmy-nominated actor, writer and producer and her production company Merman.

HBO announced a two-year, first-look deal with creator Sharon Horgan. The first show under the deal is a comedy Horgan will write, executive produce and star in.

Sharon Horgan, acclaimed creator and star of Bad Sisters and Catastrophe, along with her production company Merman, has entered into a two-year, first-look agreement with HBO. Under this deal, the network has already committed to a new comedy series that Horgan will write,

Horgan won the writer: comedy gong at the Bafta TV Craft Awards, alongside US actor and comedian Rob Delaney, for their sitcom, Catastrophe. She is also the creator of HBO
