Celebrity chef  Anne Burrell may have gone into cardiac arrest before she suddenly died in her Brooklyn apartment this week.

According to a 911 call report provided by the New York City Fire Department, authorities responded to a call of a reported cardiac arrest at Anne Burrell's address. She was 55. Burrell was found unresponsive and declared dead by the New York Police Department in her home in Brooklyn,
