More than 250,000 Honda and Acura vehicles are being recalled by Honda, according to a recall notice posted by the NHTSA.

Honda is recalling more than 259,000 of its cars across the U.S. due to a problem that can cause the brake pedal to shift out of position, potentially interfering with a driver’s ability to stop or slow down.

Honda and its luxury sub-brand Acura has issued recalls for the 2023 to 2025 Honda Pilot, the 2021 to 2025 Acura TLX, and the 2023 to 2025 MDX. Some of the cars left the factory without brake pedals pinned in place, allowing the brake to move out of position while driving. Anyone with these cars can take it to a dealership for free repair.
