The 30-acre plan is near West Palmetto Park Road and the Brightline station. But a group of residents who live beside the project are not on board with the plan.

Plans call for 1,129 apartments, a 150-room hotel, 250,000 square feet of office space, and 156,690 square feet of retail space.

Terra and Frisbie won the bid to redevelop Boca Raton City Hall with a plan for a 2.5 million-square-foot mixed-use complex. The development will include residential units, a hotel, office space, retail space and a new city hall.
