After just one year of collaboration, Daniil Medvedev has officially parted ways with Gilles Simon, confirming the split at the ABN Amro Open in Rotterdam.

During his last practice session in Rotterdam with Belgian veteran David Goffin, the former world No.1 tried several serve and volleys and dropshots. The last year has certified that Daniil's game is no longer so effective and the opponents have found the necessary solutions to put him in trouble.
