A 37-year-old Little Rock woman was sentenced to 15 years in prison for her role in transporting stolen human body parts, including fetuses, out of Arkansas.

Mrs. Virginia Nell Vance, age 40 of Conway, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday December 31, 2024, at St Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. Virginia was born on March 23,1984, in Little Rock, Arkansas to David and Lola Pickerson Lollis.
