That's a slight increase compared with a prior estimate from the Congressional Budget Office that had been made just before Republicans made final tweaks to get the legislation passed.

The law will also "increase by 10 million the number of people without health insurance" over the coming decade, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimated.
