The biggest fan event in the world is expanding internationally, as San Diego Comic-Con sets its first annual event in Spain.

Malaga will be the first international San Diego Comic-Con branded event. There are, however, several Comic Con Experience events held across the globe, including Brazil, Germany, and Mexico.

Comic-Con International ( SDCC) is setting sail for Málaga, Spain. Through an agreement facilitated by IMG Licensing, the acclaimed event is traveling outside the U.S. for the first time. A European debut is slated for September.
