California State Senator Sabrina Cervantes was cited for driving under the influence after a collision with another vehicle, and has since denied the charges, accusing police of falsely accusing her and has since had lab results showing she had no alcohol in her system.
Authorities said they suspected Sabrina Cervantes was under the influence of drugs when she got into a two-vehicle collision near the state Capitol.
