On Sunday, the day before players are scheduled to report, Chiefs coach Andy Reid said Rice would be a full participant in camp. Reid's decision comes three days after Rice was sentences to 30 days in jail and five years probation for his role in a multi-car crash in 2024 in Dallas, Texas.

The Chiefs confirmed that standout WR Rashee Rice will be a full participant in training camp despite his recent jail sentence.

The Chiefs have good reason to get Rice on the field and keep him involved, too. He's still working his way back from a season-ending knee injury in 2024, and he's going to need all the repetitions he can possibly get to prepare for the upcoming season.
