San Francisco Giants leadoff hitter Heliot Ramos evidently knows that. He proved it on Friday night in Sacramento against the Athletics. Batting in the top of the fourth inning, Ramos took a 3-1 pitch he felt was outside for ball four. He promptly flipped his bat and bent down to take off his shin guard.
