Ferrari Team Principal, Fred Vasseur, has signed a new long-term contract to remain in charge of the team despite an ongoing winless run in Formula 1 this season.

Ferrari has renewed its contract with Formula 1 team boss Fred Vasseur, ending speculation about the Frenchman's future. Vasseur joined from Sauber ahead of the 2023 season replacing Mattia Binotto and implemented a raft of behind-the-scenes changes to return the Prancing Horse to the top of F1.

Ferrari Formula One chief Fred Vasseur has signed a new, multi-year contract extension with the team, putting an end to speculation about his future. Vasseur, 57, took charge of Ferrari at the start of the 2023 season, having previously led Sauber’s F1 team.
