CHARLESTON, W.Va.. (WSAZ) - A public visitation was held at the Culture Center in Charleston for former West Virginia Delegate Doug Skaff Jr. after he tragically passed away in a car crash.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Doug Skaff Jr., a West Virginia newspaper executive and former Democratic legislative leader , died Tuesday following an accident on Interstate 79. He was 48.
