While Microsoft removed Paint 3D from the Microsoft Store in early November 2024 and sent it to the big Recycle Bin in the sky, I’m still using the app and will never delete it from my Windows PC.

That didn't last long. By 2021, 3D Viewer and Paint 3D were removed from the default app install list on Windows 10, meaning you had to install it from the store.
