Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ:AMD) has inked a multi-year, $10B investment partnership with HUMAIN, a new artificial intelligence enterprise launched in Saudi Arabia, the companies announced today.

With Cisco, it will partner with HUMAIN AI enterprise to power AI infrastructure and ecosystem growth, with new investments in research, talent and digital skills aim to accelerate AI in Saudi Arabia ...

However, AMD isn’t the only one set to benefit from Saudi AI initiatives. NVIDIA, too, has partnered with Humain to sell over 18,000 AI-focused chips, amounting to nearly $700 million.

AI already operates a data center in Memphis, Tennessee, and has plans for a second facility in the same city.

In a separate announcement, it said the two parties will invest up to $10 billion to build 500 megawatts of AI compute capacity in Saudi Arabia, as part of an “AI superstructure.” ...
