Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta offered employees of rival OpenAI signing bonuses of $100 million to switch companies, according to Open AI CEO Sam Altman.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says Meta’s lavish signing bonuses won’t build a great A.I. culture, despite Zuckerberg’s intense recruitment blitz.

While Meta had sought to hire "a lot of people" from OpenAI, "so far none of our best people have decided to take them up on that," Sam Altman said.
