TEMPE, AZ — Tempe police say three unsheltered people were shot at a park Wednesday night. Officials say it happened at Mitchell Park near University and Hardy drives around 9:20 p.m. Police say a group of unsheltered persons were in the park when a man approached the group and began shooting. Police say three people were shot.
