SAN JOSE — Two women — including one who was on supervised release for an assault charge and had two felony trials pending — have been arrested in connection with a deadly July stabbing on a popular downtown nightlife strip, police announced.

San Jose police stated that they have arrested a 20-year-old woman in connection with the downtown stabbing death of a community college football player in July.
