Charles Jackson III, 16, turned himself in Monday following the arrest of Tyjhae Allen, 15. Both face first-degree murder charges, PCSO said.

Two juveniles and one of their fathers have been arrested in connection with the murder of a 22-year-old man that occurred on Sunday.

A 16-year-old southern Minnesota boy is accused of killing a man and injuring another in a shooting earlier this month.

Charges say the boy was inside of a vehicle when he shot two other people who were also inside. He then allegedly left the area before police arrived.
