Scattered storms with brief downpours are likely to lead to some flash flooding and flooding today in the western Pennsylvania area.

On Tuesday at 8:05 p.m. a flash flood warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 11:15 p.m. for Colbert and Lauderdale counties.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning at 5:44 p.m. on Tuesday in effect until 8:45 p.m. for Clarion, Forest, Mercer and Venango counties.
