Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen knows that with James Cook not practicing, others are getting valuable reps.

In terms of general manager Brandon Beane, he spoke earlier in the week and admitted the team was surprised at Cook's hold out after he did appear at practices early on in camp. Even so, Beane still said communication is happening.
