Home and away opponents have been set for the 2025-26 NFL season since the conclusion of last season, but the timing of each of those matchups (as well as bye weeks) was revealed in full on Wednesday. Earlier this week, the NFL and its broadcast partners announced several different primetime and holiday games.

The NFL released its complete 2025 schedule on Wednesday, and while there are literally dozens of exciting matchups on the slate, the holiday schedule is particularly intriguing.

For the Lions, This is part of a tough post-bye week schedule, wherein they play the Vikings, Commanders, Eagles, Giants, Packers, Cowboys and Rams all in a row. That game against Dallas the week after Thanksgiving is on "Thursday Night Football."
