I don’t believe so, I tried to post a link to the St. Pete site but it stopped me. I recommend googling and clicking the St Pete link. Also, check Groupon for a deal.
The City of St. Pete bought the Sunken Garden property with the funds from a voter approved tax. From what I can tell, St. Pete tourism website would be the "official" website.
