Rüti bei Lyssach is a municipality in the administrative district of Emmental in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. Rüti bei Lyssach is first mentioned in 1341 as Ruiti. The name comes from the Old High German word riod meaning clearing. In the Middle Ages, the village belonged to the Count of Kyburg. In 1406, Bern gained control of it.
