It appears this has seat belts? Is that the case? If so, do you have to wear it? I've never worn a seat belt on a carousel.

There is a belt that is similar to the ones on airplane. Everyone including adults are required to wear the best, since the carousel actually moves up and down, and twirl around.
How long is the wait, typically, to ride the carousel?
A:
We were there late in the evening (around 8pm) in April and we only had to wait for the next ride. It was a lovely unexpected ride and very pretty. Just quirky and a bit unusual to do.
