Yes you could do one in the morning and one in the afternoon. If you are going with adults its certainly doable. I think it would be too much for kids. The zoo is expansive and a lot of walking. If you are driving then its possible. But if you are taking public transportation, getting between the Zoo and the aquarium is a considerable walk. Im not sure if the bus has been extended yet to the Aquarium. I would say 2 hours for the aquarium and three hours for the zoo, depending on how much time you spend at each exhibit.
Look for Israel-aquarium online Choose English and you can buy tickets in advance. Arrival time on the ticket could be flexible if the site is not overloaded. Bon Voiage
